Client Lockdown DPC

The client application cannot be downloaded or installed manually. Under Android Enterprise Device Owner rules, it must be provisioned during factory setup using the QR code in your Agent App.

The Client App functions as an Android Device Policy Controller (DPC) with hardware-level Device Owner status. Sideloading an APK manually like a normal app does not grant these privileges. To guarantee anti-uninstall, recovery wipe protection, and autonomous offline locking, Android mandates that the app is installed via the 6-tap QR setup generated directly inside the Agent App.
The Client App features an autonomous MdmAlarmScheduler that uses Android's exact alarm API. Every day at 00:05 AM, the device wakes up locally, compares its hardware clock with the installment due date and grace days, and locks the phone into Kiosk Mode — even if the phone has zero internet connection or no SIM card installed.
No. Because the app is provisioned as Android Device Owner, the OS revokes uninstallation, disables Safe Mode boot, disables USB debugging, and blocks factory resets. Additionally, Factory Reset Protection (FRP) is bound to the store's master account.
When the phone is locked, the customer can view their daily 6-digit challenge code on screen and read it to the retailer over the phone. The retailer enters this code in the Agent App to generate an instant 6-digit emergency response unlock code.
Download the Agent App and click "Register Store" on the sign-in screen. Once submitted, your registration is reviewed by administration. Once activated in the database (is_active = 1), you can log in immediately.
